When you use our contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company name, the service you are interested in, your budget range and your message. We also record the date and time and your IP address, which helps us prevent spam.
How we use it
We use this information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored on our web server and delivered to our business email inbox. Our hosting and email providers process this data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, or longer if you become a client and the information is needed for our work together.
Cookies and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure how people find and use this website and how well our ads work. It uses cookies and similar technology to record visits to our pages, clicks on our WhatsApp links and whether an enquiry was sent; it does not receive what you type into the contact form. Meta may use this information under its own privacy policy, and you can control ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings or block these cookies in your browser. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your device.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@emraldigital.com. We will respond within 30 days.
